Program 1 Research Interests
The Agnihotri lab studies pediatric and adult high-grade gliomas (HGG). The lab has a focus on several topics:
- Contribution of RAS-MAPK and PI3K-AKT signaling in gliomas.S
- Studying rain tumor metabolism to identify novel therapeutic vulnerabilities.
- Role of NF1 and NF2 tumor suppressor genes in brain tumors.
- Using integrated analyses to develop accurate models of high-grade gliomas to identify novel therapies.
